To mark Glasgow Women’s Library’s 21st anniversary, the Library commissioned 21 women artists and 21 women writers to create new work inspired by items and artefacts in our collections. The resulting fine art prints, poems and creative writing have been brought together with the sources that inspired the work in a beautiful, lushly illustrated book that was launched on International Women’s Day, 8th March 2014, and is available to order now.

One of each limited edition artwork will join the GWL Archive Collection, while the rest are being sold to raise money for the Library via our online shop.
