These prints were designed in an online workshop in 2021 during which volunteers, staff and learners created artworks to illustrate how Glasgow Women’s Library had transformed them.

The workshop, facilitated by artist Helen de Main, was one element of a two-year research project funded by The Leverhulme Trust and based at the University of Strathclyde which explored how Glasgow Women’s Library contributes towards positive transformative experiences for those who make use of its resources. There are 7 designs, and the cards are available individually for £3 or in a set of 7 for £18.

  • A5 folded greeting cards with individual kraft envelope
  • Blank on the inside
  • Printed in Bridgeton (our neighbourhood) by Wild & Kind CIC using soy-based, non-toxic inks and stencils made from banana leaf fibres.
  • Printed on recycled or FSC Certified paper
