How did you meet?
Louisina: I meet Claire as she wanted to volunteer and she needed help. Glad I did. I am also a tour guide doing history walks and helping at events. I am involved in the programme too. I’ve learnt from Claire about her humour through the books she is reading. To me GWL is a great place made of like-minded women pushing boundaries. I love walking through the door and feel like I’m walking on air when I leave.
What do you do?
Claire: I’m involved in different events. I archive, I’m part of a group at the Tramway for those with disabilities all over the world.
What is GWL to you both?
Louisina: GWL is…empowering.
