Dundee – Mixing The Colours: women speaking about sectarianism

21st March, 2014, 10:15am to 3:00pm

Free

Join us for lively discussion while making our signature suffragette rosettes!

Our Mixing The Colours project will be at Dundee International Women’s Centre on the 21st to deliver a morning and afternoon drop-in session on women’s experiences of sectarianism.

During the workshop we will create rosettes inspired by Scottish Suffragettes.  We will literally be ‘mixing the colours’ significant to the issue of sectarianism. We will explore the language of sectarianism and produce statements of women’s challenge and celebration of difference.

You can make rosettes to be worn by the performers at our conference in March 2015 as well as your own to take away.
