Doors Open at Glasgow Women’s Library

20th September, 2015 at 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

Glasgow Women's Library Vision

It’s Doors Open Day at Glasgow Women’s Library.

In November 2013 we relocated to our permanent premises following several years in temporary accommodation. We are now the sole occupant of a beautiful early twentieth century Grade B Listed Carnegie Library in the heart of Glasgow’s increasingly vibrant East End.

Vision for 2015We will complete a major renovation project on the building this year. The capital works will unleash the full potential of this unique organisation to deliver new, fresh artistic programmes of events and learning opportunities within its new venue, as well as showcasing the best from our museum, archive and library collections.
