In the unfortunate circumstances that you can no longer attend one of our events, please consult the following information.
Transferring your booking to another person
Once you have booked a place on any of our events the booking is fully transferable, so should you be unable to attend but wish to pass your place on to another all you need to do is let us know who will be taking your place. Some of our events are women only, so please bear this in mind when you are transferring your booking.
Cancelling your booking
If you need to cancel your booking we need a minimum of 7 days’ notice to offer your place up to either someone on a waiting list, or re-advertise to fill the space. With full notice we can offer you a refund or you can choose to donate the sum of the ticket to GWL. Please contact us as soon as you know that you can no longer attend an event.
In the rare circumstances that we need to cancel an event
In the unlikely circumstances that we need to cancel an event then we will offer a full refund.
