Wigtown Book Festival: Books That Changed Our Lives

An event with writers Margaret Elphinstone and Magi Gibson. Margaret Elphinstone has published eight novels including The Gathering Night and The Sea Road. Magi Gibson is a recent Reader in Residence at Glasgow Women’s Library and has published several poetry collections, including “Wild Women of a Certain Age.

They will be discussing the books that shaped them as women and as writers. Join us at the Wigtown Book Festival for this informal event and feel free to bring along any books or titles by women authors that are important to you.
