Glasgow Women’s Library is seeking to recruit a committed, imaginative individual who can embrace a challenging role within a dynamic team.
After 21 years of delivering innovative and life-changing work, GWL is at the most important, exciting and challenging stage in its development and expansion to date. With several years in temporary premises, and relocation and major phased refurbishments imminent, this unique organisation and its entire personnel cohort must be fully geared up for a period of transition and expansion so that GWL can realistically achieve its full potential and truly flourish in the long term.
The ‘Change Manager’ will lead and co-ordinate Glasgow Women’s Library in undergoing a major transformational step change, delivering a set of organisational Strategic Outcomes.
Change Manager
Salary: £ 30,757 (P O Scale, SCP 36)
Full time: 35 hours per week
Fixed Term Contract until 31st December 2014
Funded by Museums Galleries Scotland
