Within Garnethill’s boundaries we spotlight the women who pioneered European art movements, designed banners for suffragette processions, created the first women’s library in Scotland and made Garnethill the most exciting cultural and multicultural hotspot in Glasgow.
Join our tour guides and hear about some of Glasgow’s most remarkable women, including Margaret Macdonald Mackintosh and other lesser-known Glasgow Girls, who we’ll be celebrating as part of the Mackintosh Festival.
Meeting Point: Outside the CCA, 350 Sauchiehall Street
