Over the last few years, Donna has joined us at Story Café to talk about the long road from PhD to publication as she writes a trilogy of historical crime fiction novellas. After lots of editing, several title changes and many sleepless nights, she wants to celebrate the launch of her new novel, The Unpicking, with us at Story Café…
Telling the stories of three women from 1877-1919, The Unpicking spans three generations of “hysterical women” who take on systematic corruption and injustice, despite all odds. Donna will talk about the research, the writing process and will read from her new book.
