We’re thrilled to have a rare self-portrait by the most celebrated female artist of the Italian Baroque – Artemisia Gentileschi – on display at the Library during March.
Pull up a chair at this very special Story Café as we delve into the past to explore Artemisia’s incredible life and work. We’ll be dipping into novels and biographies about this trailblazing artist, and Donna Moore will be reading her freshly penned short story, inspired by Artemisia’s Self Portrait as Saint Catherine of Alexandria.
