The Badges of Honour team are connecting our badges with other collections in Scotland. If you would like to discover more about the world of women’s badges and the way they, and the women who wore them, changed the world book onto our inspiring and fascinating series of visits.
Glasgow Caledonian University’s Archives and Special Collections are packed with material related to political activism. Reminisce with the treasures from the archives of the Anti-Apartheid campaign, Scottish Trade Union Congress and the Scottish Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament.

These events are free of charge but booking is essential. Please click here to book onto one or all of the Badges of Honour visits . Please ensure you detail which of the visits you wish to attend and how many places you want to book when completing the booking.
Over the next few months the door is open to anyone who wants to get involved. Maybe the time is right to add your precious badges to our archive: our archivists will welcome you and invite you to tell us more about your treasures. Maybe you have memories of a badge you loved and lost? Arrange to come in and browse our collection to see if we have a copy and tell us more about what this badge meant to you.
