Glasgow Women’s Library Makes Friends: Supporting and Sustaining a National Treasure
Glasgow Women’s Library (GWL) wishes to appoint a skilled professional fundraiser for a short-term limited period of four months to be involved in a new project, ‘Glasgow Women’s Library Makes Friends: Supporting and Sustaining a National Treasure’.
We are looking for an experienced fundraiser, with particular expertise in individual giving and capacity building, to catalyse the fundraising and stewardship abilities of the motivated and successful GWL staff, volunteer and Board team and develop a sustainable individual giving strategy.
This project is focused on investing valuable professional expertise to build the organisation’s Individual Giving fundraising capacity through private donations. Specifically, to build, grow, embed and sustain a refreshed Friends Scheme and new Legacy Giving Initiative, resulting in long-term financial support from private donors.
