“Founded in spring 2006, we were the first roller derby club in Germany and are therefore one of the roller derby pioneers in Europe. In 2007 we organized the first bout (competition) in the history of Europe. Since then we have already played umpteen games across Europe. The history of our club started with a notice that was used to look for young women who were interested in a new full-contact sport on roller skates. This has become a roller derby department at MTV Stuttgart, which currently consists of around 60 members and includes newbies, advanced, juniors and officials.
