It is part of Glasgow International Festival of Visual Arts (GI) a biennial festival of contemporary art showcasing the best of local and international art and the project is a collaboration between My Bookcase and GWL.

Women Make History – Margaret Harrison, Daughter of the Rock

Margaret Harrison was one of Scotland’s most passionate campaigners against nuclear weapons and helped to found the Faslane peace camp. Before her death at 96 in 2015, Margaret lived most of her life Dumbarton and some of her campaign badges form part of GWL’s archive collection.
