The commix and graphic novels scene was traditionally dominated by men, but women began seriously challenging this in the 1970s and we are now seeing more and more women authors. This collection and exhibition from Glasgow Women’s Library includes a diverse range of fascinating, challenging and very funny graphic novels and commix from the 1970s to the present day.

The collection will available between Friday 23rd September – Sunday 2nd October 2011 (venue TBC).
