What do Glasgow Women’s Library volunteers do? Would you like to get involved in volunteering with us or with another local organisation?
Join us for tea and cake to explore and celebrate the fantastic contributions made by our volunteers and find out more about ways you could get involved.
This event is free of charge. Please click here to book your free place(s) or contact us on 0141 248 9969 for more information.
Would you like to be involved in our work or one of our projects? We are happy to refund volunteers’ travel expenses. Complete a volunteer form or contact Gabrielle at the libary.
We would love to hear from you if you have experience of working in libraries and have a few hours to spend each week to help us classify, catalogue and encourage access to our ever-growing collection once we have settled into our new home in Bridgeton.
We need help capturing our library video footage and oral histories, as well as general documentation of GWL’s activities and events. If you think you may be able to help please get in touch!
These are just a couple of examples of how you could help but please come along to our volunteers’ week event or contact Gabrielle for information about the other ways in which you can support us by drawing on your interests, skills and experience.
