Glasgow author Maggie Ritchie will be joining us at this Story Café Special to read from her award winning first novel, Paris Kiss. Set in Paris in the 1880s, it tells the story of English sculptor Jessie Lipscomb and her passionate friendship with Camille Claudel, the nineteen-year-old protégée and lover of Auguste Rodin.
Join us as we immerse ourselves in the heady atmosphere of the bohemian Paris art world, whilst enjoying some delicious French food.
Thursday 20th August, 12.30pm to 2.30pm
