Read poems and short stories together as prompts for your own creative writing – perfect for seasoned writers and beginners alike. Each session focuses on a theme such as Feast, Heat, Bridge or Lost Words.

This workshop is for women only*. There are two ticket options for this event: a £2 ticket and a Free ticket. If a ticket price of £2 is in any way a barrier to you attending this event please choose a Free ticket. We also offer a free ticket if you are a Friend of GWL. Glasgow Women’s Library is wheelchair accessible, with lifts to the first floor and the Mezzanine Floor. We have accessible toilets and all the bathrooms are individual closed stalls and are gender neutral. Our larger Events Space is fitted with an induction loop. A portable induction loop is also available. For paid events free companion tickets are available.
