Steps to Social Science and Care
Are you looking for a way back into education but don’t know where to start? Do you want to study interesting subjects in a friendly, women-only environment? Why not come and join Glasgow Women’s Library and Stow College from January 2011 on the Steps to Social Science and Care, where you get to learn about Psychology and work on your own research project in a relaxed and supportive environment.
New Booking System for Events
In February 2011 Glasgow Women’s Library are relaunching their lending collection which means you can join the library and get your library card and unique GWL number which allows you to borrow books! GWL are also taking this opportunity to streamline the way that you book onto courses and events.

GWL Winter Closures
The library will be closed for the festive period from Saturday 18th December 2010 to Tuesday 4th January 2011 (inclusive), and will reopen on in the New Year on Wednesday, 5th December 2011.
