This special Glasgow Women’s Library event is an opportunity to find out what is happening to women and their families after the recent tsunami, earthquake and nuclear crisis. As news coverage dwindles, two campaigners will bring the story of women’s efforts to survive the events following the sequence of recent disasters back into the spotlight, and pass on information on practical ways we can help.

In exchange for donations towards the post tsunami appeal Glasgow Women’s Library will be providing green tea, Japanese nibbles and the chance to learn some basic origami.
