Settling in, windy roads and Cairngorm sunsets…

Just settling into my new role developing National Lifelong Learning at GWL and really enjoying it.  Having spent the first few weeks getting to know the team, I’ve now started to get out and about, meeting new groups and partners who we will be working with.  I travelled to Inverness by train last week  (fabulous sunset coming back) and then headed down to Wigtown in Dumfries and Galloway on Monday, a beautiful drive on the A75, though a very windy road…

It’s been great meeting so many enthusiastic people and lots of new opportunities will be coming up for women to get involved in groups and events in the Highlands, Dumfries and Galloway and other areas.  The National Lifelong Learning blog will be keeping you up to date on what’s happening.
