Glasgow Women’s Library has been working on growing a greener and more sustainable library. We have made several steps towards becoming more environmentally friendly and we wanted to share some of that information with the library users, learners, volunteers – anyone who is interested really!
We want to plant the seeds of ideas in our communities and see them grow into fabulous practices in people’s homes and work places. There will be goody bags to take away from the library with some tips, seeds (more planting!) and other goodies to help you become more environmentally friendly.
The second of our lunchtime drop-in sessions takes place on Wednesday, 17 June 2009 – 11.30am to 1pm
For more information please contact Laura at the Library or just pop along during one of the above time slots and chat to Yvonne about planting seeds and being green.
