Join GWL staff, volunteers and writers in sharing poetry that has inspired you or relates to you or your life.
Mental Health and Literature at The Mitchell Library: Rhyme for a Reason sees Glasgow Women’s Library bring together a range of different women to share their experiences of poetry and well-being and explore the ways that women’s writing has had a positive effect on our mental health.
So, bring some poetry along (don’t worry if you’re concerned about reading out in public, we will have readers on hand) or just come along to listen, learn & have fun.
You can just turn up or contact us if you have any questions or want to book a place.
Friday 17 October, 11.30am to 12.30pm
The Simpson Room, The Mitchell Library
