A strange but fascinating form of origami cum architecture is taking place in front of the wood burning stove as 300 flat packed boxes are constructed, filled and labelled. The whole staff team attending today’s briefing meeting failed to resist the allure of the multi-layered conundrum and were soon circling the Rachel Whitereadesque pile musing, How many boxes does it would take to pack a women’s library? How many boxes 1meter long and 30 cm wide can be stacked to form an accessible towers in a space of 250 square meters? How will we communicate our Platonic and pragmatic desires to the delivery men who arrived, sweating and stuck to the roof of the lift last week, trapped atop a huge cardboard sandwich and are now poised with forklifts to move the boxes from a to b in (reasonably enough) bish-bosh fashion?
