GWL is happy to welcome groups to GWL – because the Library may be busier at certain times, we ask that groups arrange a time to visit. This means we can ensure your group has the best possible experience, and can tailor your experience to your group’s needs.
Please note that our ability to host visits is dependent on staff, volunteer and space capacity, and we ask that if possible you consider a financial donation to allow us to continue this work.

Holding a meeting at GWL
The Library building is a lovely environment to hold group meetings, with spaces for different sizes of group – depending on availability, it’s possible to hire these spaces for your meeting. We can provide microphones, speakers and projectors to fit your needs, as well as providing teas and coffees. You can make an enquiry about booking a space for your group using our Venue Hire process.
