As part of Take One Action Film Festival, this empowering and celebratory event takes a look at progress achieved in shaping a fairer and more balanced political, social and cultural landscape.
We’ll be thinking about current challenges through panel sessions with a fantastic range of speakers and during participatory workshops, while we discuss the place of women in changemaking.
Take One Action nurtures communal exploration of the stories, ideas and questions at the heart of positive social change. Through film screenings, conversation and enquiry, we bring people together to inspire a fairer, more sustainable and more fulfilling world, in Scotland and beyond our borders.
This year, Take One Action’s Sisters strand shines a light on women’s empowerment and the cultural, social and political contributions women are making, across the world, towards social justice, and culminates in this engaging workshop event. Come, take part, and be inspired.
