Dip a toe into Edinburgh Art Festival this summer with this beginner-friendly day tour of some of the fabulous, international women artists featured.
From sound installation and performance to sculpture and lots in between, we guarantee you’ll discover something that’s new and exciting with art festival and women’s library staff as your guides. We can help with travel from central Glasgow, just bring along a packed lunch.

We’ll be meeting at Edinburgh City Arts Centre, opposite Waverley station, at 10.30am and then visiting different venues of the art festival. On 6th August, we’ll also be exploring the Edinburgh Art Festival and responding to what we see through creative writing exercises, in our Respond and Write event.
