Why should you join?
We’d love if you would join us for this gathering of women including ecofeminist academics, environmental campaigners, writers, artists and performers for a day of talks, performances and workshops, exploring how ecofeminist theory and practice can unite to imagine and realise optimistic responses to our changing world.
We’ll discover the diverse and daring work being done by women around environmental themes, including academic research, creative explorations and community interventions, and celebrate the development of ecofeminist collections at Glasgow Women’s Library as part of the Women in the Landscape project.
A vegan lunch and plenty of tea will be provided, and as always we can cover travel expenses up to £5.
Access
Glasgow Women’s Library is wheelchair accessible, with lifts to the first floor and the Mezzanine Floor. We have accessible toilets and all the bathrooms are individual closed stalls and are gender neutral. Our larger Events Space is fitted with an induction loop.
