Join Glasgow Women’s Library for this fantastic creative writing workshop exploring the legacies of women who have passed through Edinburgh’s historic Riddles’ Court from the 1500s to present day, and using our words to bring their voices back into the 21st century.
Really unique, enjoyable, and relevant to what I love to write about – participant on previous Women of Riddles’ Court creative writing workshop
This creative writing workshop offers a chance to not only learn about some of these fantastic women from history but, more crucially, create your own writing in response. There is an opportunity for this creative writing to be shared via GWL and Riddles’ Court networks should you wish, too, at a special event held at Glasgow Women’s Library on Thursday 24th October.
This workshop will also be taking place on Monday 30th September.
Riddles Court/ Patrick Geddes Centre, 322 Lawnmarket, Edinburgh, EH1 2PG (please note, the entrance is down a close marked ‘Riddles’ Close’ just next to a whisky shop on the Royal mile).
This workshop is for women only* and is free to attend. Please book by emailing Nadine on nadine.jassat@womenslibrary.org.uk. If you have booked a place and are no longer able to attend please let us know so that we can make your place available to someone else.
*All women-only events are inclusive of Trans, Intersex women, non-binary and gender fluid people.
