Our partnership with the Saltire Society continues into its third year to recognise the 2017 Outstanding Women of Scotland, as nominated by the public.

The Outstanding Women of Scotland Awards celebrate 10 living women annually who have made remarkable contributions to Scottish life and culture. Among those honoured already are Scots Makar Jackie Kay, Canna Archivist Magdelena Sagarzazu, singer-songwriter Annie Lennox and Senior Curator at the National Galleries of Scotland Alice Strang. Who will be here this year to scoop their Award?
Join us at Glasgow Women’s Library for a special reception for this year’s new inductees into the Outstanding Women of Scotland family.
