Submissions are open for our annual writing competition and this workshop will help you to build your boldness before you send us your work!
So you’ve written you story or poem for our Bold Types competition, but you’re reluctant to let it go. How do you know when your writing is perfect? What will give you the boost you need to share it with the world? Along with some handy editing tips, our mistress-class will give you the support and encouragement to be bold and submit!
“It was great to get feedback and really helped me to improve my story!” – Editing Mistress-class participant
This is one of our “take part” events this Autumn – grab a pen and paper (or your keyboard!) and get involved with the writing exercises. All sharing is voluntary!

Email your writing (either in the body of an email or in an attached word document) on the theme of FUTURE to info@womenslibrary.org.uk with Bold Types Competition Entry in the subject line. Entries should be new work not submitted elsewhere and you can enter once in each category. The closing date is Friday 30th October 2020 and you can find out more here.
