As Europe enters a new cycle of rearmament and we witness the ongoing war against the Palestinian people, this event will bring together some of the groups and movements presented in the For Peace! exhibition. The presentations and discussion will explore how we can learn from past and ongoing campaigns, in order to enrich our struggles today.

We will hear from:
Catherine Eschle speaking about Women for a Nuclear Free and Independent Pacific
Jane Gregory from the Western Shoshone Solidarity Group
Babs Nicgriogair who will speak about the militarisation of the Scottish Islands and the legacy of the Keep Nato Out group from Lewis
● An activist from the group Workers for a Free Palestine

Talks start at 5.30 pm. There will be time for discussion and to ask questions. If you want to make the most of the event, we advise you come and visit the exhibition beforehand.
