Dreamscapes

Part of the Scottish Mental Health Arts and Film Festival, this workshop provides an opportunity to recall any special memories or dreams and illustrate them by creating a scrapbook page using creative paper, gems and embellishments.

This workshop explores how you can increase well-being by recalling cherished memories or dreams that bring back positivity and a brighter outlook on life.
