This year, we are prouder than ever to fling open our doors for the annual Doors Open festival.
Having recently completed a multi award-winning refurbishment project, created by Collective Architecture, we invite you to come and experience our beautiful building in all its glory. Expect a warm welcome and optional building tours, become a GWL lending library borrower, and enjoy the atmosphere of Doors Open Days.
We’ll be open on Saturday and Sunday 17th and 18th September from 12pm to 4pm. There will be full guided tours on both days at 1pm, 2pm and 3pm.
For Doors Open Day we have also programmed a free Women of the East End Heritage Walk on Sunday 18th September from 11am, meeting at Glasgow Women’s Library this walk doesn’t require booking but places will be limited. For more information please see here.
Doors Open Day events are open to all and free to attend. Whether you’d like to visit or take a tour of the building, there is no need to book.
