Our popular Fearties Workshops are back for a Bold Types special to rouse your inner rebel. Try out some fantastic fiction and ravishing rhymes with writing exercises and get helpful feedback ahead of submitting to our Bold Types competition. The theme for this year is REBEL and we think that’s perfect for all your subversive sirens and magnificent mutineers!

Entries for the competition are now open so be bold and submit your short stories and poems of up to 1000 words. Email your writing (either in the body of an email or in an attached word document) on the theme of REBEL to info@womenslibrary.org.uk with Bold Types Competition Entry in the subject line. You can enter once in each category and the closing date is Friday 2nd November 2018.
Booking
This event is women only* and we prefer for tickets to be booked in advance whenever possible. This event costs £2 full price. Select the number of tickets you want to book below, or come in to the Library to book. We offer subsidised free places for students, people on a low income, unemployed or those in receipt of benefit and Friends of GWL. If you are eligible for a subsidised place select the subsidised ticket below, or come in to the Library to book.
*All women-only events are inclusive of Trans and Intersex women, as well as non-binary and gender fluid people who identify in a significant way as woman or female.
