I meant to blog about this after I came back from my holiday (off in the wilds of Edinburgh, going to the Edinburgh International Film Festival) – ‘Photograph of Jesus’ a short animated film that takes the strange enquiries made to Getty Images’ Hulton Archive and creates a surreal and funny stopmotion collage that travels through the archive’s stacks. The film won the McLaren Award for New British Animation at the EIFF.
Mostly, we don’t get enquiries that are this strange, but somehow it seemed to ring a bell…
