The boxes have arrived – with much straining and shoving in the lift. Hundreds of them, all flat packed and ready to be folded and taped together.
Of course, they aren’t what we expected. We were told they’d be 1 metre square – practically large enough to climb inside and ferry ourselves over to Parnie Street in. In fact, they’re a metre long and a little over a foot wide – far more manageable.
That still leaves a whole lot of taping. My obsessive side is rather looking forward to it – I just have to refrain from tying them with a bow…
