Mobilising playfulness and pleasure as a radical act within a history of women’s resistance, healing and growth, Toys for Survival started life as a series of workshops for survivors of gender-based violence and the exhibition explores sensuality and sensory pleasure through sculpture.
Be invigorated this Spring with our bitesize learning sessions where we’ll be scrapbooking, badge making, watching films together and much more. Warm and relaxed drop-in sessions, these are perfect if you enjoy craft activities or you’re looking to make new friends!
Seeing Things is a group that meet up to see art, performances and cultural events put on by women across Glasgow and beyond. We think it’s more fun to go to see things together, and we usually have a cup of tea or coffee afterwards. Our trips are always free. It would be great if you could come along.
