Women’s History Unwrapped – Kinghorn, Fife

17th November at 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

There are ordinary heroines and extraordinary women in every community’s history, but where can you find them and how are they recognised?

Women’s History Unwrapped, Friday 17th November, 1pm-3pm, Kinghorn New Community Library, Kinghorn, Fife.

Credit: GWL

View Lauren Printy Currie’s exhibition in the Travelling Gallery which was inspired by the unique resources and artefacts at GWL, a place dedicated to conserving women’s history. Discover the treasures in our Mobile Mini Archive, share your ideas for an archive about local women and find out how you can make a women’s heritage project happen in your community.

This workshop is offered in partnership with Travelling Gallery and with support from Outset Scotland and Heritage Lottery Fund.
