CANCELLED: Women Who Fought for the Future

15th March, 2018, 10:30am to 12:00pm

Menzieshill Community Centre, Orleans Place, Dundee DD2 4BH.

Unfortunately this event has been cancelled due to ill health.

The battle for gender equality didn’t end with the suffragettes. The history of the fight for equality is made up of many key people and moments, from the nineteenth century to the present day. How many of them do you know? Help Glasgow Women’s Library complete the Women’s Equality Timeline, take part in the discussion and discover more about the women who fought for our future.

“Stimulating, interesting and informative and enjoyed the discussions with other people”

“Fascinating insights into women’s place in society…”

“The best bit was…the supportive chat and bringing people together…”

Participants at former Glasgow Women’s Library events at Dundee Women’s Festival
