Seeing Things trip to Ripples on the Pond Exhibition, Gallery of Modern Art

Seeing Things are going to Ripples on the Pond at GoMA, an exhibition which celebrates works by modern and contemporary women artists in the Glasgow Museums collections. There loads of stuff in the exhibition from oil paintings and prints to photography and film, and it’s a wonderful showcase of artworks by women artists.
We’ll look at the exhibition and discuss some of the works on display. As well as this, Louisina, a member of the Seeing Things group, will be telling us about her experience interviewing some of the artists whose work is in the exhibition.
We’ll meet on the steps outside GoMA at 1.55pm and head up to the exhibition for 2pm. If you arrive a little late, please come up and join us in the gallery.
