The Reading group for Muslim Women brings together women interested in books written by Muslim women or with a focus on women’s issues. The books are chosen by the group members with guidance provided by the Women’s Library staff. If you are passionate about books and love to share them with others, or you simply want to get into the habit of reading but find it challenging, then this group is for you! So join us for a good laugh, learn something new, share your wisdom, make new friends and enjoy lovely refreshments in a fun and relaxed environment.

Reading Group for Muslim Women, Friday 24th February, 10am, to 12pm

We will be reading and discussing the following books this Spring: If I should Speak by Umm Zakiyyah and Painted hands by Jennifer Zubair

I’ve enjoyed reading and discussing a diverse range of books with like-minded women.  The discussions are great and the refreshments are always a treat!” Reading Group Participant
